The leading IT company in Albania, Lufthansa Industry Solutions (LHIND), teamed up with Software Development Academy (SDA), the largest IT academy in the EU, to launch DevOps Bootcamp, a program that would offer a huge opportunity to talented engineers and a new career path for IT enthusiasts.
SDA was looking for an agency that could tailor and deliver the communication to talented Albanian engineers and IT’s.
McCann Tirana was responsible for the whole identity of DevOps Bootcamp, including coining its name. The logo was created through a harmonious combination of visual elements that represented the bootcamp in an authentic and symbolic way. The visual identity was carefully crafted in every asset of the communication campaign from the website to social media posts and other printed materials.
The communication was channeled mainly on digital media, striving to reach interested audiences and get them to apply for the selection process. Printed posters shared with important stakeholders, provided an extra dimension for the campaign, as did PR.
The DevOps Bootcamp campaign was finalized with a TV appearance, on RTSH, the Albanian national TV station where a panel that consisted of the Managing Director of LHIND, the Country Manager of SDA and a former SDA student now working for LHIND, discussed the relevance of such project for the future of Albanian IT’s.
