During the summer 2019, Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania introduced the revamped Digital Banking, bringing one of the most innovative online banking apps to the Albanian banking market.
The app builds on a unique and seamless customer experience by enriching basic mobile banking functions with a set of enhanced capabilities that focus on instant payments, security and other innovative and utility services.
The focus of the campaign was to introduce the new app to the Albanian audience and explain alongside this set of new functions, naturally by illustrating their use in everyday life.
With that in mind, our team created a series of videos that expanded on the concept of universal practicality that these new functions from Intesa Digital Banking add to everyday situations. The effort was keen to reflect local reality and interaction while also adding a touch of humor, provided by the chosen cast.
The campaign embraced digital as the main channel of communication with OOH and BTL providing supporting channels to further boost awareness and prompt app activation.
