This year’s collaboration between the German Embassy in Albania and McCann Tirana brought to light the visual concept for the most important cultural event: German October.
The “Enlightenment”, being this year’s theme, was reflected through a bright and colorful visual mood.
Inspired by the landmarks and distinct architecture of both Germany and Albania, the visual represents a harmonic fusion between sites and cultural activities.
The main message stands in the center of the visual, and above it is a light source that enlightens each building. Human silhouettes and the light that shines upon them, reflect each of the German October activity’s themes.
This modern and simplified visual style evokes the co-existence of traditional and modern culture.
