The new Lavazza Training Center, a symbol of coffee expertise

Lavazza, the renowned Turin coffee company, and Marketing & Distribution, one of the largest distribution networks in Albania and Kosovo, launched the first Lavazza Training Center in Albania. The Albanian branch becomes part of an international elite of training centers that constitute the largest and finest coffee workshops spread across more than 50 countries.

The launch of this centre is another step in Lavazza’s commitment to spread the Italian coffee culture in Albania.

To mark this step, Lavazza and Marketing & Distribution chose to collaborate with McCann Tirana, whose task was to organize and manage the launch event providing PR and BTL service.  The aim was to create premium brand awareness, establish strong connection with media and increase the loyalty of existing customers while striving at the same time to inform potential ones.

The agency played a first-hand role in design and production of all promotional materials and support with the technical system and hosting services at the launch event.

The event hosted over 100 guests, highlighting senior representatives of Lavazza International, Marketing & Distribution partners, celebrities, bloggers and media.

The event generated positive buzz on social media, through numerous posts and stories from participants while also receiving extensive coverage by the most important media in Albania.
