We’re hiring for Digital Account Manager position

We are looking for a talented Digital Account Manager to join our agency’s digital department. In this role, you’ll develop and implement digital marketing strategies for a rich portfolio of local and international clients, to ensure that their digital goals and objectives are met. To ensure success in this position, you should be able to implement detailed digital strategies and campaigns in an accurate and timely manner, have the ability to interpret a client’s digital needs as well as maintain excellent knowledge of digital marketing practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine and understand a client’s digital needs, goals, and objectives and develop plans and budgets to meet them, under the guidance of our Head of Digital.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients to address any digital management requests.
  • Implement digital campaigns for assigned clients including Social Media ads, Google Display and Search, other Display advertising, and influencer activations. etc.
  • Creating reports periodically and analyzing the effectiveness of digital strategies by tracking and optimizing key metrics.
  • Coordinating with the Creative and Account teams to plan and implement client campaigns.
  • Lead web development process for agency’s clients, including coordinating web developers to align with client requests, budgets as well as technical requirements.
  • Developing and implementing SEO strategy.
  • Keeping updated with the digital industry and proactively proposing new solutions to clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in the industry, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing best practices including digital advertising, SEO, and influencer management.
  • Knowledge of web development concepts, technologies, and processes.
  • Good writing and communication skills in Albanian and English.
  • Analytical skills and ability to process and draw learning from data.
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity about the latest digital trends, and finding ways to apply them with clients.
